Few rising artists are creating as much noise in hip-hop right now as GlokkSavage. Backed by his manager Lavelle Holley, the rapper is making power moves that go far beyond just music
drops. With a string of new releases lined up through Roc Nation Distribution, upcoming interviews on major radio stations, features on top music blogs, and industry co-signs from
Billboard Hip Hop, HipHopSince1987, and Music Times UK, GlokkSavage is shaping up to be one of the most important new names to watch.
We sat down with GlokkSavage for an exclusive conversation about his journey, his upcoming projects, and the leverage that comes with industry validation.
—
Music Times UK: You’ve been making major moves lately—radio interviews, blog placements,
and Roc Nation Distribution releases. How does it feel to see all this momentum?
GlokkSavage: It feels like everything I’ve been working toward is finally lining up. The Roc
Nation Distribution drops are huge for me, because that’s a platform that carries real weight in
this industry. And now with radio interviews and blog coverage, it’s not just the streets talking
anymore—the industry is talking too.
—
Music Times UK: You’ve gotten co-signs from platforms like Billboard Hip Hop,
HipHopSince1987, and Music Times UK itself. How important are those co-signs in building
your career?
GlokkSavage: Co-signs are leverage. When Billboard Hip Hop or HipHopSince1987 puts your
name out there, people start paying attention differently. It validates the work and makes the
industry treat you like a serious contender. For me, it’s about turning those co-signs into opportunities—bigger shows, better collaborations, sync placements, and connecting with the fans on a larger scale.
—
Music Times UK: Your manager, Lavelle Holley, has been instrumental in guiding your career.
What does his role mean in your journey?GlokkSavage: Lavelle is more than a manager—he’s like the general in this campaign. He
makes sure everything lines up, from business to branding to opportunities. Having someone
with that vision and execution on your team is the difference between being an underground
talent and becoming a household name.
—
Music Times UK: Tony DeYoung Entertainment is setting up sync deals for you through Roc
Nation Distribution. Can you explain what that means for your career?
GlokkSavage: Sync deals are the next level. We’re talking about getting music into films, TV,
gaming, commercials—that’s real global exposure. Tony DeYoung Entertainment is putting me in position to expand the brand beyond just streaming numbers. It’s about building generational revenue streams while keeping the music authentic.

—
Music Times UK: What can fans expect from your upcoming releases?
GlokkSavage: Honestly, a whole new wave. I’ve got multiple drops lined up with Roc Nation
Distribution, and each one is going to showcase a different side of me. It’s raw, it’s unfiltered,
and it’s elevated. Fans should stay tuned because we’re about to flood the scene with music
that lasts.
—
Music Times UK: Final thoughts for the readers?
GlokkSavage: Appreciate everybody rocking with me from day one. This is just the
beginning—radio, blogs, sync deals, Roc Nation Distribution—we’re going all the way up.
Shoutout to Lavelle Holley for being the backbone of this movement, and shoutout to Tony
DeYoung Entertainment for setting up the big plays. Stay tapped in—it’s GlokkSavage season.
