“Angel Warfare” is more than a metal track — it’s a cinematic descent into divine destruction.
From the first thunderous riff to the final crushing breakdown, the song paints a vivid scene of celestial chaos as angels, titans, and demonic forces collide in an all-out war.
With skies burning red, lightning tearing across the heavens, and corpses rising from the ash, the track brings the apocalypse to life with relentless groove and razor-sharp aggression. Chariots race, swords clash, and bodies fall as the fate of mankind burns away in a storm of fire and devastation.

Band Biography: Built on Chaos, Family, and Heavy Metal
Forged in Windsor, Ontario, Devilz By Definition began as an idea in 2009 around guitarist Bruce “Popz” Munro and quickly evolved into a dominant local metal force. The band cut their teeth in the Windsor club scene and introduced themselves with early releases such as Blood Drawn (2011), later reissued in 2023 as The Lost Days.
A major turning point came when Jamie “Couv” Couvillon joined in 2015 — originally as bassist before swapping roles with Mat “Alien” Dobbin during The Devilution era. After years of lineup shifts, relentless grinding, and musical evolution, Couv stepped forward as the band’s frontman in late 2023. Within days, he mastered screaming vocals and helped shape their new era with the release of Under the Road (Dec 25, 2023).
The band suffered a devastating loss with the passing of original guitarist Mat “Alien” Dobbin on October 24, 2023. Though no longer an active member, he remained a beloved friend and inspiration. His memory continues to fuel the band’s drive and passion.
Through hardship and triumph, Devilz By Definition pushed forward, releasing The Bitter Remains of Human Consumption (2021) and eventually crafting their most ambitious project to date — the 13-track album Devilz Knight (2025).
More than a band, Devilz By Definition are a family, bound tightly to each other and to their fiercely loyal community known as the #Devilzfam.
