My name is Tally Bandz I’m an artist, actress and fashion model.
Journalist-What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
I started doing music by accident in 2017. I ended up falling in love with being an artist, so I decided to take it serious in 2021 and it’s been up ever since.
Journalist- What story behind your
Success?
I contribute my success to my many talents. I’ve danced all my life, I’m an actress and now an artist. I feel like I’ve been prepared to be an artist with my dancing and acting background. It has made me a triple threat.
Journalist-Tell us about your new single. And what’s the story behind it?
My new single is called “BOOM!!” I actually had a dream about the hook and then I wrote the rest of the song later. It’s inspired by Lil Wayne’s song “Let the beat build.” I made it as a song that people can just have fun and dance to. The beat is crazy and when you hear it you just want to get up and dance. It’s been going viral on Tik Tok and Instagram.
Journalist-What makes your music unique?
My music is unique because no one sounds like me. I feel like my voice is very unique. Also I do a range of different genres. I’m a very versatile artist.
Journalist- What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
My advice is to not listen to what anyone else has to say. They are just a reflection of your doubts and negative thoughts pushed out to you. And keep making hits and stay consistent. If God put it on your heart, you’re going to get it and you’re going to win.
Journalist-And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?
Yes, I want to collaborate with Doja Cat, Drake, Nicki Minaj and Moneybagg Yo.
Journalist-Any upcoming projects in 2023?
Yes. I’m planning on dropping my mixtape/album I’m not sure when just yet, so y’all stay tuned in.
