Music Times UK: Tony, thanks for joining us today. I want to dive right into the controversy surrounding your appearance on Dr. Phil. You mentioned that your career was more important than your kids, which sparked a lot of backlash. Can you clarify what you meant by that statement?

Tony DeYoung: Yeah, I’d like to set the record straight. When I made that statement, I wasn’t thinking clearly. I was mentally wounded and venting my frustrations. I never meant to imply that my career was more important than my kids. As a father, my children are my everything, and I would do anything to provide for them and give them a better life.

Music Times UK: That makes sense. It’s clear that you’re passionate about your music and your family. Can you tell us more about how you got started in the music industry and what drives you to keep going?

Tony DeYoung: Music is all I know how to do. I’ve tried working regular jobs, but I knew I was meant for more. Music has always been my passion, and it’s what’s allowed me to provide for my family and achieve financial stability. I’ve been fortunate enough to make a living from my music for over 7 years now, and it’s an incredible feeling.

Music Times UK: That’s amazing. It’s clear that music has been a game-changer for you. What message do you want to convey to your fans and critics alike?

Tony DeYoung: I just want to say that I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my story and my music with the world. I’m not perfect, and I’ve made mistakes, but I’m committed to being a good father, a good role model, and a talented artist. I hope that my music can inspire and uplift others, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.
